Jill Waldbieser is a writer, editor, and recipe developer with 20 years' experience in the health, wellness, and lifestyle space. She has held staff positions with Women's Health and The Food Network and worked in professional test kitchens including that of the Campbell Soup Company. Her work has appeared in Cooking Light, Eating Well, The New York Times, Oprah Daily, and Everyday Health, among other places. She has had the pleasure of cooking at the CIA in California, in Italy, Alaska, Spain, and has prepared and eaten everything from octopus to crickets to plant-based tuna (she prefers the octopus). She resides in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with her son and dog.
